Early this morning we opened up eeCommerce and Mamoth WebServices for public beta testing. So that all the people who have been waiting for the software and have been giving us such good support and encouragement could get to play with the product.

If you’d like to take a look at it head on over to our downloads page of the website: http://www.eecommerce.com/downloads and grab a copy. The documentation looks pretty frightening but it’s actually remarkably easy to get to grips with once you start playing.

Please use our bugtracker system to alert us to any bugs you might find. The software is still in beta and as such will contain some bugs (as does the documentation and the website) but we will fix them as they are discovered.

Glad to hear it Greg, do you have to download both the Pro version and Mammoth web services?  Or does pro contain the necessary components for the web services?

You need to download and install both packages. Mamoth will be available as an independent product so that other software can be developed on top of it, so we thought it best to keep them separate, however the Pro license will also include a license for Mamoth.
